Stall:

As you bring the bow down from a double-pump you must drive your blades deep into the water pushing your arms out from the boat, while keeping your body close to the boat. Also keep your head tucked into the boat until the boat gains stability.

At this point you should be standing on your foot blocks. You will need to make minor adjustments with your blades by rotating them slightly and pushing / pulling them to and from you to get the boat in a state of equilibrium.

From here you can learn how to stall in any type of water and you can learn stability for cartwheels, whirly-birds and floops!
