Review:
Nice slicey boat. Carves really well with a good turn of speed on a good wave. Spins easily and makes flat-water play a real dos. Stalls are not that easy however as the boat wants to continue to cartwheel and needs to be controlled totally otherwise you over extend and cartwheel or face plant. Surfs really well and doesn’t purl easily on steep breaking waves. Blunts are good as long as the wave is fast and loops are very hard in small or not very powerful holes but are possible.
Actually makes a good river runner as long as the flow is not ridiculously stupid in which case you should be in a proper river runner for forgiveness a creeker. However that aside it served me well in the Alps as an all round boat and has been down some wicked water here in N.I and down South.
Very comfortable boat with decent outfitting and the option of C1 conversion well built with good foot room and plastic that will take a pounding and not be too stiff which can end up shaking you to crap.
The Original Boat Ronan starting yet another of his cartwheels
